There are 2 common problems after download and extract game client. It is very easy to fix. Please follow the instructions.

1. When I open game launcher I get error "Replacer.exe not found"

This error is caused by your antivirus software which false detect Replacer.exe as virus.

Please add Awara Online folder to your antivirus exception or turn off your antivirus. Then extract game data again.

2. When I press "START" in game launcher, button disappear and nothing happen

This error is caused by missing libraries needed to run our game client.

We added installers directly to Awara Online folder so you do not need to download anything. The installers are located in VSR Packages folder.

The most important library is 9. Microsoft Visual C++ 2015_2017_2019_2022 Redistributable.exe. Please install it. If problem still occurs try to install all libraries one by one from number one.
